beowolf bonfire

Yippy we get to do a bonfire, while reading the extremely grusome story of beowolf. Its sounds like a lot of fun. However it is on a satterday so i might have to go to work and miss it but i would like to go.

  Well i figuried out what the thing on the cover was it is showing a guy, with a full suit of chain mail on.  Anyway's we just Began reading beowulf and I am excited to see how the story turns out.

Well for socratic seminar my class is reading Beowolf. What my question is is what is that on the front cover?To me it kinda looks like a suit of chain mail armor except it covers the person who's in the pictures entire body, even the face. So if you know what that is please let me know the answer. Becuase it is bugging me bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!  

what is the point in history?

well it is good to know about the past because often the past repeats itself 

why should I bother studying literature?

well I sometimes like reading a good book like the illiad where iIcan picture it like a movie and yet it is so much better because it doesn't skip anything and the detail in it makes me feel like I'm the one throwing the stone at the chariot driver! But really reading books is up to you to decied if it is important to you.

what is the point in language arts?

well i do think it is very important to write I really don't care about what books you've read but the better you can write now that's what I Believe set's the difference between an educated person and a not educated person or between the degrees of their education.

why should I bother with geography?

well i do believe it is important to know where things are in the world because it also explains why country's do some of the things that they do.
